There really isn't a romantic way to say "I'd like to chain you up in my basement and keep you for unnatural purposes." Unless you're dealing with a person of a specific mindset, and then you can just say that and it sound romantic on it's own.
I didn't want say it to anyone. This happened to a friend of mine. And the girl lives in Canada so you wouldn't know her.
